AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced 1st shift Machine Operator.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: Starts at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus

Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machine and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Verify parts are being made correctly with functional gauges and devices
• Complete required paperwork (In Process Verification’s, production control charts, and others as required by work center)
• Use proper operating techniques that do not cause machine damage or excessive tool wear
• Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks to standard work
• Operate machine or tool to standard work
• Interpret blueprints to produce parts to print specification
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
• Problem-solve effectively
