AriensCo is hiring Machine Operators for our 3rd shift team in Brillion, WI. This role involves operating machines, ensuring safe and quality production, and supporting team productivity.

Schedule & Shift

Monday - Friday (5 days x 8 hours); 9:30PM – 5:30AM

Pay & Benefits

Starting rate: $20.00/hour + $1.00 shift premium ($21.00 hourly total) + $4,000 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and tools safely.
• Live and promote Ariens core values and 15 principles.
• Verify parts using functional gauges and devices.
• Complete required paperwork such as in-process verifications, production control charts, and other work center documents.
• Apply proper operating techniques that prevent machine damage or excessive tool wear.
• Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks according to standard work.
• Operate machines or tools in accordance with standard work.
• Interpret blueprints to produce parts to specification.
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals.
• Problem‑solve effectively.
