Ariens Company in Brillion is seeking a motivated Painter for their Plant 3 location. This role involves the safe operation of tools and painting outdoor power equipment as part of a team.

The position offers starting pay at $20/hour along with substantial benefits, including medical and dental insurance, a sign-on bonus of $4,000, and a flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts).

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Painter at our Plant 3 location.

Pay: Starts at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus.

Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:45AM-2:45PM.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machines and tools.
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles.
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment.
• Paint parts in accordance to the specifications.
• Handle raw materials and/or parts and place them in designated location.
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job.
• Strict adherence to standard work.
• Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals.
• Complete operator preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Ability to problem solve effectively.
• Ability to communicate.

Qualifications
