Job summary

AriensCo is hiring motivated Machine Operators for the 3rd shift in Brillion, WI. This role supports a dynamic operation with production-focused duties and a pathway to advancement.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour plus $1.00 shift premium, totaling $21.00/hour, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30 PM–5:30 AM, and you will interpret blueprints and ensure parts meet print specifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading.
• Capable of performing multiple fabrication processes adhering to standard work.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Verify parts are being made correctly with functional gauges/devices.
• Complete required paperwork (In Process Verifications, production control charts).
• Use proper operating techniques to avoid machine damage and excessive tool wear.
• Perform TPM tasks to standard work.
• Operate machine to standard work.
• Interpret blueprints to produce parts to print specification.
• Assist team members to meet daily production goals.
• Demonstrate ability to problem solve effectively.

Job Description

AriensCo is excited to hire motivated Machine Operators to join our 3rd shift team in Brillion, WI! This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization and contribute to our growing operations.

Pay

Schedule & Shift

Monday - Friday (5 days x 8 hours); 9:30PM-5:30AM

The Day To Day

• Safe operation of machine and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Verify parts are being made correctly with functional gauges/devices
• Complete required paperwork (In Process Verification's, production control charts and others as required by work center)
• Proper operating techniques that do no cause machine damage and/or excessive tool wear
• Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks to standard work
• Operate machine or tool to standard work
• Interpret Blue prints to produce parts to print specification
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
• Ability to problem solve effectively

The Qualifications
