Position: Machine Operator at our Richmond, VA location.

First Shift Hours: 6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities include quality fabrication, inventory management, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Key Duties:

• Plasma cutting pipe and steel plates; prepping weld fittings using electric tools.
• Reading cut sheet diagrams and measuring accurately.
• Operating heavy machinery such as a Landis threader safely.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring safety standards.
• Driving company trucks and operating them safely.
• Stocking, organizing, and cleaning the warehouse.
• Picking, assembling, and packing materials for shipment or pickup.
• Loading/unloading trucks and operating forklifts safely.
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure customer service is not impacted.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn to operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse environments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of steel pipe, fittings, and fire protection products
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word)
• Willingness to assist team members with various tasks
