Your Role as a Machine Operator:

• Set up and change tooling as needed to ensure production efficiency
• Operate automatic and hand-feed fastener drilling machines
• Move parts to the next production stage with accuracy and attention to detail
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final piece inspections to maintain quality standards
• Apply basic math skills during the setup process to ensure precision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: At least 1 year of machine operating experience (required)
• Industry Knowledge: Fastener industry experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and use calipers, micrometers, and blueprints
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong logical, mathematical, and troubleshooting abilities
• Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work
