Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a production team member at our Fort Smith, AR facility. The role involves manufacturing Image II panels, following safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement on the line. 7:00AM–3:30PM shifts and potential overtime are part of the schedule.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related manufacturing experience. Full-time positions include health benefits and retirement plan options from day one.

Job Description

Base pay rate is $17.50 per hour

1st Shift hours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM

This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
