Job summary

Altium Packaging in York, PA is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold/PET/injection molding lines and related equipment. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and support maintenance while following GMP and safety policies.

Responsibilities include keeping the area clean, documenting production metrics, and coordinating with the Lead Operator to meet product specs and deadlines. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience is required.
• Blow mold experience is preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce bottles.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks during production.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor repairs.
• Prepare daily production reports, rejects and line efficiencies.
• Adhere to GMP, safety policies and work instructions.
• Move finished goods to designated areas and ensure correct labeling.
