Job summary

Altium Packaging in Turners Falls, Massachusetts is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET and injection molding equipment. You will perform inspections, operate lines, and assist with packaging, labeling and line clearances.

The role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, preventive maintenance, quality checks, and daily production reporting. Overtime may be required; a High School diploma and blow-mold experience are preferred, with 90‑day training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical and computer skills required.
• Blow mold experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks during production, packaging and labeling.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting of blow-mold and support equipment.
• Prepare daily production reports and document line efficiencies and rejects.
