Job summary

Altium Packaging in Lebanon, Indiana is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET and injection moulding equipment, perform minor maintenance and ensure GMP compliance on the production line.

You will troubleshoot process issues, document daily production reports, take part in safety programs, and support continuous improvement initiatives while meeting quality standards and production targets.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process problems on the line and perform minor repairs.
• Prepare & document daily production reports, including rejects and line efficiencies.
• Adhere to GMP and safety policies; wear PPE and maintain a clean work area.
• Support quality checks, packaging, and movement of finished goods as required.
