Job summary

The Crown Olympia Plant is hiring for general labor roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Primary duties include housekeeping, sorting cans, and light rework while maintaining safety standards and quality. The position may involve basic repairs as needed and requires reliability and teamwork.

Union contract wage of $29.18/hr applies, with benefits including pension, health/dental/vision and 401k. 12-hour shifts (evenings) and overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 6 months’ manufacturing experience desirable
• Mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting or familiarity with tools preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must possess basic math skills

Responsibilities

• General labor duties such as housekeeping, sorting cans and rework products
• May perform product repair as requested
• Responsible for safety in all areas of the assigned duties
