Job summary

Crown Beverage Packaging, LLC’s Olympia plant is hiring for general labor within its union workforce. The role includes housekeeping, sorting cans, rework, and potential product repair, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Candidates should be at least 18, have manufacturing experience preferred, can lift up to 50 pounds, perform basic math, and be available for 12-hour shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months’ work experience in a manufacturing company is highly desirable.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Mechanical experiences working in a manufacturing setting or familiarity with power and hand tools are preferred.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, evenings (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.), weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• General labor duties such as housekeeping, sorting cans and rework products.
• May perform product repair as requested.
• This person will have responsibility for safety in all areas of the assigned duties.
