Job summary

The Palletizer Operator at Crown Holdings, Inc. Hanover Plant works a rotating 12-hour schedule (5pm–5am) to run and monitor palletizer equipment for 2-piece and 3-piece steel cans. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Able to work alternate schedules including overtime
• Manufacturing experience
• OSHA related training in a manufacturing environment
• AS400 familiarity
• 6S training competencies

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizer machines and maintain safe, high-quality production
• Communicate equipment status and production changes across shifts
• Assist and train new palletizer operators as needed
• Maintain 6S housekeeping and document control
• Follow SOPs and plant rules to optimize efficiency
