Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a hardworking assembler for the Waconia facility. You will sand cabinetry components, inspect for defects, and prepare parts for assembly on the timesaver machine.

This full-time, first-shift role offers hours from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday overtime, paying $21.00 to $27.00 per hour. You will work with a team to maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Ability to use and understand tape measures.
• Must be able to identify the different wood species.
• Must have good teamwork/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sand cabinetry components using a small handheld sander.
• Inspect components for defects or repair needs.
• Fill in defects with putty as necessary.
• Insert parts into the timesaver machine.
• Remove parts from opposite end of machine and load them onto carts.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
