Job summary

Cabinetworks Group in Minnesota is seeking a full-time worker for the 1st shift in our Waconia facility. You will sand cabinetry components, inspect for defects, and repair as needed while following safety rules and standard work instructions.

The role supports production lines and requires precise measurement skills and teamwork. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $27.00 per hour, with overtime possible on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Ability to use and understand tape measures.
• Must be able to identify the different wood species.
• Must have good teamwork/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sand cabinetry components using a small handheld sander.
• Inspect components for defects or repair needs.
• Fill in defects with putty as necessary.
• Insert parts into the timesaver machine.
• Remove parts from opposite end of machine and load them onto carts.
• Maintain production and quality standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sand cabinetry components using a small handheld sander.

Job Type: Full Time Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour Hours: Range From Around 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday overtime
