RTX Corporation is seeking an onsite CNC operator at our Clayville, NY site. You will run CNC programs or operate Kasto saws, producing parts to achieve production targets while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, strong attendance, and the ability to work a 3x12 Friday–Sunday night shift, with the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and EH&S initiatives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

The position requires ascending, descending stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is $21.00 per hour. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
