Job summary

Kikkoman Foods, Inc. is seeking an entry level operator to support production and packaging operations in Wisconsin. You will help load materials into machines, assist with filling, and prepare finished goods for shipment.

You will monitor equipment, document readings, keep the work area clean, and follow safety and quality guidelines. This role requires good communication, attention to detail, and basic mechanical knowledge.

Job description

The entry level operator is responsible for helping produce and prepare products for shipment. Their duties include placing process materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the filling process, the packaging of finished goods, and their preparation for shipments. As well as, completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production. They may be responsible for cleaning equipment or the work area, maintain a count of items produced, record readings or maintain a log of raw materials used and may be asked to perform limited maintenance on equipment such as lubricating of parts.

Physical & Behavioral:

• Frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
• Frequently required to reach above shoulders, climb, work at heights, crouch, stoop or kneel
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds usually from floor to waist level, and able to lift 25 pounds repetitively at or above shoulder height
• Ability to work under conditions of high temperature and high humidity for extended periods of time
