Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a production operator to operate basic machinery following SOPs and safety guidelines. You will load and unload materials, monitor operations, and report issues to the supervisor while maintaining quality and a clean work area.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and basic math skills. Prior production experience is preferred but not required, and some physical work is involved in an 8- to 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required.
• Must follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates basic machinery in accordance with SOPs.

• Ability to performoccasionalto frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shifton concrete(8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
