Responsible for placing metal pipes with use of machinery where it will Thread pipes, varying in size up to 2 inches in diameter.

Primary duties of the Light Threader Operatorinclude:

•Manually handle and re-position pipes as needed between machines and other materials.

•Maintain records, take inventory and prepare reports as required.

•Perform Q.A. inspections, measureparts and look up parts drawings.

•Must be able to maintain production standards on machines.

•Read and comprehend verbal instructions in English to understand equipment manuals.

Requirements of the Light Threader Operator include:

•Previous machine operation experience

•Math skills required - add, subtract, multiply, divide, and ability read a tape measure.

•Lifting up to 50 lbs

Hours:6am-230pm, Mon-Fri w/ overtime till 4:30pm and Saturdays if needed.

Pay rate: $20

Hours:230pm - 100am, Monday through Thursday with some overtime daily. Training on day shift until preparation complete
