Job description

We are seeking a Machine Operator/Welder to join our team! You will be working with a variety of presses and machines, as well as welding.

Full Time: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Evaluation: to hire

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload equipment and materials from grinders, mills, drill presses, and lathes
• Previous experience with TIG & MIG welding (stainless and aluminum)
• Layout, fit, and weld materials using support tools such as production orders, blueprints, and other related documents
• Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
• Check parts to ensure machines are running correctly
• Ensure safety equipment is functioning and make adjustments as needed
• Follow all company procedures, policies, work instructions, and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Experience in plant operations or related fields
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Operate forklifts and cranes safely
• Maintain quality throughout the weld process
