Job description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Set up, change, adjust, repair, and operate machinery equipment on all shifts.
• Ensure equipment is in operational condition and ready for on-time start-up.
• Perform process control and quality checks, including operating and verifying code dates on cases.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area according to GMP and safety guidelines.
• Train new associates and assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Proficiency in operating computer programs, including SCADA systems
