Job summary

ReVive Fiber in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a full-time Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (Midnight to 8:00 AM). Training on the 1st shift (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) is provided before moving to the 3rd shift, and a minimum of 6 months experience is required.

Responsibilities include operating LaRoche and Margasa machines, adjusting feed rates, performing routine servicing, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Must lift up to 50 lbs and participate in team development.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for operation of LaRoche and Margasa machines and associated equipment to affect the timeliness and quality production of finished material. This is accomplished by setting the machine feed rate and adjusting the machine operating parameters to the most common optimum settings for each grade. The operator should be skilled at routine servicing procedures for box discharge systems and machines.

Capable of performing tasks including but not limited to:

working at heights and working in confined spaces.

Able to read, write and convey ideas.

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs with adequate body flexibility.
