Job summary

ReVive Fiber is seeking a Machine Operator for the Spartanburg, SC area to run LaRoche and Margasa machines on a 3rd shift cycle after training on the 1st shift. The role requires the ability to lift at least 50 lbs and to work at heights or in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a machine operator.
• Willing to train on 1st shift (8am–4pm) prior to moving to 3rd shift.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Able to read, write and convey ideas.
• Reliable attendance is a must.

Responsibilities

• Operate LaRoche and Margasa machines and associated equipment to ensure timely, quality production.
• Set machine feed rate and adjust operating parameters for optimal settings.
• Perform routine servicing for box discharge systems and machines.
• Take part in safety and production-improvement initiatives.
