Hiring for:

Operator-Press (8 hr shifts, 2nd, 3rd, Weekend Shift)

Operator-Converting (8 hr shifts, 2nd, 3rd)

Operator-Extrusion (12 hr shifts 6pm-6am/2,2,3)

Attendants starting at $24.75/hr

$1.20-1.50 premium for off shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery
• Ensure correct product
• Check data sheets to ensure proper setup of the machine
• Set machine parameters according to standard operating procedures written for each job
• Troubleshoot the line, take appropriate corrective actions while analyzing the line and correcting issues
• Maintain quality control, ensuring operation for various quality defects
• Ensure safety of the department
• Work alongside other departments to ensure accuracy and product delivery
• Perform all SQF activities
• Report problems with equipment, product, and facility damage

Qualifications

• Press Positions: 3 years of Flexographic press experience
• Other positions: 2-3 years of machine operating experience

Other Requirements

• Ability to use quality equipment tools such as microscopes, micrometers, and tape measures
• Flexibility within a high-performance work environment
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a team
• Able to follow instructions and make decisions based on data obtained
