ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

• Pay Rate: $20 per hour, paid bi-weekly

• Type: Part-time

• Hours: Flexible start between 7am - 9am

• Schedule: Thursday to Monday, varies weekly based on business needs

• Job Site: All shifts start and end at 8901 Snowden River Parkway, Columbia, MD, 21046

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate turret forklift for warehouse item handling

• Use wireless RF scanners for inventory accuracy

• Follow safety and quality standards

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits

• Pick and stage pallets for onboarding

• Inspect and perform maintenance on forklifts and handling equipment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Over 3 years of powered forklift operation experience

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift

• Comfort with managing data via smartphone apps

• Knowledge of material handling equipment is a plus

• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations

• High safety awareness required for turret forklift operators
