Job Description

This position involves safely operating machines such as presses, forming machines, and punches that cut, shape, and bend metal plates or structures. Responsibilities include:

1. Setting up and operating machines according to established procedures and guidelines.
2. Using precision tools, inspecting parts, achieving production goals, and minimizing errors.
3. Performing periodic equipment checks and troubleshooting issues.
4. Reading and interpreting blueprints, understanding metal fabrication, and possessing a strong mechanical aptitude.
5. Ensuring safety for yourself and the team while performing job duties.
6. Working extended hours and/or shifts as required.

Shift Details: Temp to Perm, 1st and 2nd shifts available, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts plus overtime as needed on Fridays.

Compensation: $19-20 per hour + Shift Differential
