Job summary

Progress Rail is seeking a production operator in Sherman, TX to machine steel parts and rail components, operating a rail bending machine and reading blueprints to ensure exact specifications.

You will use digital calipers to verify dimensions, complete production reports, and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced shop environment, following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months machine operator experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write legibly and complete production reports accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Safe work practices understood.
