We’re seeking operators to join our team in our state-of-the-art processing plant. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery, packaging, labeling, boxing, cutting, and unracking products to meet production standards, finalizing products, and preparing them for shipping. What You Will Do

• Help achieve production goals through packaging, labeling, cutting, unracking, and boxing turkey products.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety rules.
• Ensure only safe, wholesome, quality products are produced by adhering to good manufacturing practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What To Expect

• Work 8- to 10-hour shifts on concrete floors.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 32 to 40°F.
• Perform repetitive motions such as twisting, turning, bending, and reaching.
• Lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Wear PPE including hair net, hard hat, ear protection, safety glasses, and boots.
• Collaborate with large teams.
