You will be responsible for operating production panels to produce John Middleton products. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety and quality conscious.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operating machines and processing product to meet quality standards
2. Following safety rules and ensuring safety of self and others
3. Reviewing and following work and safety procedures
4. Assisting team members to maintain operational standards
5. Monitoring and inspecting equipment and products
6. Identifying and resolving process or equipment issues
7. Training and qualifying on all HMIs
8. Communicating effectively with team members
9. Managing data entry and review
10. Performing manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and other physical activities
11. Working in non-climate-controlled environments, which may be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty

Specific Skills

1. At least 18 years old
2. Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
3. Willing to work any shift, including mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays
4. Manufacturing or military experience preferred
5. Experience in tobacco processing preferred
6. Basic computer skills preferred
7. Reliable attendance

Additional Skills After 120 Days

1. Certification in operating lifting equipment or ability to train and pass tests
2. Qualified on HMIs to fill in as needed
