Responsibilities

Production Team Member/Machine Operator General Responsibilities

• Monitor machine output; inspect and pack product in accordance with customer specifications.
• Perform visual inspection of parts and documentation.
• Support plant safety initiatives through near miss reporting and safety suggestions.
• Comply with quality procedures, safety requirements, and plant policies.
• Support plant and team initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Production Team Member/Machine Operator Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write English, with basic math skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Regular attendance, including the ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. consistently using proper techniques.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend throughout a twelve-hour shift.
• Good attention to detail and hand/eye coordination.
