  • Record maintenance activities in the CMMS and communicate updates to the team.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify reliability improvements.
  • Communicate production line performance and maintenance updates during daily team huddles.
  • Support production teams by responding promptly to equipment needs.
  • Follow established safety procedures and maintenance best practices.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience with setting up, maintaining, or repairing manufacturing or packaging equipment.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Basic knowledge of machine shop equipment
  • Experience with computers, including office applications
  • 1+ years' experience setting up, maintaining and repairing high volume filling and packaging machinery.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, fluidic, and basic electronic control systems
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to follow and adhere to written work instructions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Be comfortable working autonomously or in small groups.
