Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operating all assigned equipment in accordance with safety standards, quality requirements, GMP’s, and job specifications.
• Monitoring and operating beverage filling equipment, packaging lines, de-palletizers, and stackers to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Performing equipment start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conducting routine inspections and identifying mechanical issues; promptly reporting concerns to maintenance and leadership.
• Performing clean-in-place and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Accurately documenting production data, machine settings, downtime, and quality checks per protocols.
• Ensuring all finished products meet company quality standards for volume, labeling, packaging, coding, and appearance.
• Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and making necessary adjustments to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Monitoring production lines for jams or material issues and taking corrective action as needed.
• Assisting with proper line setup and ensuring correct materials are used.
• Performing regular case inspections to verify product quality and compliance.
• Maintaining clean and organized work area.
• Supporting team operations across production lines as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
• Completing all required documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Position Title: Machine Operator Wage: $23.00/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday), 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Monday - Friday) or 10:00pm - 6:30am (Sunday - Thursday)
