Pay Rate: Start at $20/hour, with a pay increase to $23/hour upon conversion

Available Shift: 3rd Shift Only: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM

In this role, you will be applying a solvent-based adhesive to a moving web using a reverse roll coating head. Key duties include:

• Setting up and adjusting machinery to ensure even coating application


• Monitoring the production line for defects and making real-time adjustments


• Handling materials using hoists, industrial-powered trucks, and barrel trucks


• Weighing and combining adhesive components


• Working safely with flammable solvents


• Keeping your workspace clean and organized


• Collaborating with the Lead Laminating Operator for optimal machine performance and changeovers
