Overnight Extruder Machine Operator $4/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and control film production, monitor quality, maintain safety and cleanliness of the extrusion line, and communicate effectively with plant departments to ensure quality output.

The Line Operator controls and monitors film production, oversees quality, housekeeping, safety, and communicates with plant departments to produce high-quality film.

Wage (dependent on experience):

• Assistants: $19 - $21/hour + $4/hour shift differential
• Operators (with blown film experience): $22 - $30/hour + $4/hour shift differential

Work Schedule:

• Thursday - Saturday and alternating Sundays, 6 PM - 6 AM

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Experience as a machine operator is a plus
• Blown film extruder experience required for operator role; training available for assistant roles
• Basic math skills and ability to read measurements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work 12-hour shifts with overtime as needed
