You will troubleshoot equipment, perform setups, read blueprints, and ensure quality across long shifts with safety and efficiency as priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate complex manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment, product quality, and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and checks.
