Job summary

Prysmian Group is hiring a Fiber Production Operator in Claremont, NC. The role supports production lines for cable and fiber components, with both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule.

You’ll follow precise instructions, use measuring tools, and work in a climate-controlled environment dedicated to quality and safety. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, some manufacturing experience preferred, and a strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment around hot/sharp glass and machinery.

• Stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comply with safety, PPE, and regulatory requirements.
• Occasional overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
