Job summary

We Staff Better is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for a full-time, 4-day workweek position. The role requires operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, loading materials, and following safety and production procedures.

Training will cover equipment operation, quality standards, and workplace safety, with shift to 3rd as experience is gained. Initial training runs on 1st shift, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM for 4–6 weeks, after which you transition to the regular 3rd shift, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM,

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided on start.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Machine Operator – $18.50/Hour | 3rd Shift

We Staff Better is hiring dependable, motivated Machine Operators for a full-time manufacturing opportunity. Pay: $18.50/hour
Regular Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM

Training Schedule

New hires will train on 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, for approximately 4–6 weeks. Training will cover equipment operation, production processes, quality expectations, and workplace safety.

Applicants must be available to work the full training schedule before transitioning to the regular 3rd shift schedule.
