Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team in Lewisberry, PA. The candidate will learn and follow detailed work instructions while operating surface mount machines and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities include loading and monitoring equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, maintaining documentation, and ensuring production meets quality standards. Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 40 lbs is required.
