Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Newton, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) & 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a single machine to produce precision parts such as shoulders, steps, tapers, and threads
• Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure parts meet strict specifications
• Adjust machine speeds and feeds for optimal performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Support the team with additional production tasks as needed
