Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Pourline Manager to coordinate and implement production directives professionally and positively.
- Safely load, unload, and transfer chemicals from rail cars, tankers, totes, and drums to holding tanks.
- Monitor pressure gauges and flow meters; adjust valves to regulate pump speed, pressure, and flow rates.
- Maintain pumps and lines by replacing filters and gaskets, tightening connections, and adjusting pumps.
- Collect samples for lab analysis and record quantities pumped.
- Inventory storage tanks and monitor contents.
- Follow 5S and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Meet all requirements of Pourline Operator 1-4.
- Minimum of 3 years related experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
Education / Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
