Location: Monroe, CT
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedules Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Friday-Monday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Education Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Machine Operator experience in a machining or high-tech manufacturing environment preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a Quality Operator or Inspector preferred
  • Experience reading blueprints and technical specifications
  • Experience using Windows-based computer systems
Job Duties

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain visual focus for detailed inspections using microscopes

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Machine Operator supports manufacturing by operating production equipment according to established procedures and quality standards. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.
