Responsibilities

• Follow documented production procedures to complete assigned work orders.
• Load fixtures and make machine or process adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts using microscopes and other quality inspection tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints to verify product specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Set up jobs and prepare machinery for production runs.
• Work closely with Engineering on new processes and improvements.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
