Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a stable, full-time production team in Georgia. You will operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment while following schedules and safety guidelines.

This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $15 per hour with overtime opportunities and weekly pay; shifts are 8–10 hours, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Load and unload materials and parts safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read, interpret, and follow production schedules, work orders, and instructions.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA standards.
