Jorson & Carlson / J&C Grinding is seeking a reliable, hard-working, self-motivated individual to join our team!

We are an industrial grind shop specializing in services for the printing, plastic, metal, wood, packaging, and food processing industries.

Position: Grinding Machine Operator (Training Provided)

We are an established, family-owned company with 108 years of experience, operating across four locations in the US. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Operating multiple grinding machines
2. Cleaning machines and the shop area
3. Ensuring daily work is completed within the required timeframe

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, day shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Candidates must pass a drug/alcohol test and physical prior to employment. The role involves lifting requirements of up to 70 lbs. Background checks are at the employer's discretion.
