Job Details

• Job Title: Sort Machine Operator
• Location: Utica, Michigan
• Schedule: Mon - Fri & Sat as needed, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Role Overview

We seek a motivated individual to operate sorting machines, ensuring quality control, packaging accuracy, and efficient sorting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Operate sorting machines based on size, weight, or other criteria.
2. Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards.
3. Maintain a clean work area.
4. Label and stack finished goods.
5. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
6. Perform quality checks and remove defective items.
7. Record data and report inconsistencies.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read instructions and complete paperwork.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, lift, and sit.
• Effective communication skills.
