Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot thermoforming equipment to spec.
• Inspect machinery, tooling, and processes to ensure quality.
• Identify nonconforming materials and coordinate resolution with shift lead.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards and follow GMPs.
• Complete shift documentation and provide status updates to the next shift.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Apply now!Machine Operator Responsibilities:- Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment to produce thermoformed parts to specification- Inspect machinery, equipment, and tooling prior to set-up; identify issues which adversely affect product requirements- Identify nonconforming materials/products and work with shift leader for resolution- Ensure part quality meets established standards and follow Good Manufacturing Practices- Complete shift documentation/paperwork- Go over job status and updates with incoming shift- Participate in safety programs, follow all established safety procedures, and wear appropriate PPERequirements for Machine Operator:- Lift up to 10 pounds continuously (cases of product and hand tools)- Lift 11-30 pounds regularly (3-4 times per shift)- Lift 31-50 pounds occasionally (1-2 pounds per shift)- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and stand for long periods of time- Ability to work in warm environments- 1 year of manufacturing or related experience- Mechanical aptitude- Ability to read, write, and speak English to meet training, safety, and quality requirements- Basic math skills- Computer and software skillsIND035QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
