Job summary

QPS Employment Group in Mount Pleasant, IA is seeking a Machine Operator for a day shift with an opportunity for hire. The position offers $15.85–$18.10 per hour and requires the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities include reading production paperwork, cleaning and inspecting finished products, monitoring supplies, and ensuring machine guards are in place. Follow SOPs and pack finished goods for shipment.

Qualifications

• Read and understand production-related paperwork.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to twist, grasp, lift, bend, reach, stoop, and crouch repetitively.
• Must pass basic Math and Ruler test.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
