Aerotek is hiring Machine Operators in Loveland, CO for a contract-to-hire role on-site. You will operate wire-processing equipment to assemble fine wires into larger assemblies while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Training is provided and shifts include day or night options. Eligible applicants will work in a fast-paced production environment with focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Set up, load, thread, and operate wire-processing machinery
• Monitor production and quickly resolve wire snags, knots, and other issues
• Perform machine adjustments and minor repairs to maintain performance
• Conduct visual quality inspections on small components and finished products
• Use hand tools to support equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Meet production and quality goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Support continuous improvement efforts throughout production

Schedule Options

Day Shift

5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Sunday-Tuesday + Every Other Wednesday or
• Thursday-Saturday + Every Other Wednesday

Night Shift

5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

• Initial training completed on first shift
• Sunday-Tuesday + Every Other Wednesday or
• Thursday-Saturday + Every Other Wednesday

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll set up and operate specialized equipment that combines multiple fine wires into larger assemblies while ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
