Job Description
This multifunctional role involves managing material flow, operating and maintaining machines, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include performing TPM and LOTO procedures, organizing the work area using 6S principles, conducting quality checks, and wearing appropriate PPE. The employee must work productively, maintain quality standards, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Organizational Relationship
Reports to the Receiving Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, quality, productivity, customer service, and inventory accuracy goals.
• Audit current practices regularly to identify improvement opportunities and foster continuous improvement.
• Review and request materials needed for production work orders.
• Prepare and distribute materials according to schedule.
• Receive, unload, and store materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Manage CNC processes.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment without air conditioning.
• Ability to stand for long periods, with frequent stooping and bending.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for overtime as needed.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to wear PPE.
• Basic computer skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
• Strong communication skills.
• CNC experience preferred.
