Job Summary: A growing contract manufacturing company in the nutritional products industry is hiring a full-time Machine Operator in Livermore, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented production professional with warehouse, food manufacturing, or pre-weigh experience who is comfortable working with powders, formulas, allergens, and production documentation. The Machine Operator will support the Pre-Weigh team by measuring, weighing, documenting, and preparing raw materials for the next stage of production. Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation range provided: $23.00 to $27.00 per year.
• Job type: Direct hire.

• Occasional Saturday overtime may be required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Accurately weigh raw materials and powders for production formulas.
• Read and follow work orders, formulas, batch records, and production documentation.
• Prepare, clean, sanitize, and transfer pre-weighed materials and equipment.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and documentation standards.
• 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing, production, warehouse, food production, or machine operator experience preferred.
• High school diploma, related experience, or equivalent background required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and write lot numbers accurately.
• Basic math skills required, including measurement, weighing, and production calculations.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working around noise, powders, and allergens in a production environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor required in a manufacturing environment.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in nutritional products, supplements, powdered beverages, premix, capsules, or food and beverage production.
• Experience working on a pre-weigh, blending, batching, or sanitation team.
• Familiarity with formula-driven production, batch records, and quality-focused manufacturing processes.
